Arriving on Heathrow’s 27L after a long flight from LAX. After over 20 years of flying, ‘Lima Whiskey’ is still in great shape and continues to serve as part of the backbone of BA’s long-haul fleet!  The BBC recently gained access to BA’s heavy maintenance facility in Cardiff, where the 747 and 777 undergo scheduled heavy maintenance and overhauls.
